The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and four burner hob, and large fridge/freezer. There is also a kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, cutlery and crockery you will need.
In the lounge area there is a large modern corner suite that will seat up to
6 people, a TV, DVD player, music system will play CDs and hand made coffee and lamp tables. There is also a large built-in cupboard and a cloakroom on the ground floor.
Leading from this open plan area are two terraces, one with table and chairs for when you wish to use the BBQ and dine alfresco.
On the first floor there is a bathroom with bath, overhead power shower, WC and wash hand basin. There are also 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom which has air conditioning, a queen size bed, a good size balcony with small table and chairs through double sliding doors (to enjoy the famous Yalikavak sunsets), and an en-suite shower room.
The furniture is all hand made from oak and consists of a queen size bed, large wardrobe, large mirror and two bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds that can be made into a double if required, two bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and a set of drawers. Bedroom 3 has full size bunk beds and a set of drawers. Both the second and third bedrooms are also air conditioned.
From the first floor are stairs to the very large tiled roof terrace, which is equipped with low lighting. There are large relaxing cushions and low level tables for sitting and enjoying refreshing drinks while taking in the stunning views.
The villa also has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.
Air conditioning keeps the villa cool.
All bedding and towels (except beach towels) are provided. These will be changed weekly. Four sunbeds are also provided.
If you are driving there are private parking areas outside of the house, which also have external lighting.
The complex has 24hr security.

Yalikavak
Yalikavak is a small, quiet fishing village offering visitors authentic Turkish life in beautiful surroundings. As it remains largely unspoilt, it manages to retain its Turkish charm and relaxed atmosphere.
Yalikavak has its own sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and its new 400 berth fashionable 'Port Bodrum' marina, where you can take a short evening stroll past many of the traditional and modern restaurants, bars and coffee houses.
The village market on Thursdays is a must.
Bodrum Peninsula
A short drive or dolmus bus trip, will take you to one of the many neighbouring resorts eg., Torba, Gumusluk or Gundogan, which are all worth a visit. To the South of the peninsula lie the livelier resorts of Gumbet, Bitez and Turgutreis offering water sports and a whole lot more. A 20 minute drive takes you to Bodrum town with its many large, fashionable shops, restaurants and a large bustling marina where you can visit the majestic Bodrum Castle.
All in all, the Bodrum peninsula offers everything you could want from a seaside holiday.
Less than 15 minutes drive away you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, walking, shopping areas, a restaurant, and a food shop
Less then 45 minutes drive away and within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, horse riding, tennis, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, and a themepark.
