There is a fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There's also an electric kettle, toaster, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc. The kitchen looks onto an enclosed private garden.
Living Rooms
There are two lounge/dining rooms with 3 seater and 2 seater sofa's and a large coffee table and TV. The main dining room also contains a dining table and chairs, Sky TV, DVD player and stereo. There are patio windows opening onto a large private terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, other gardens and the golf course. Outside table and chairs and BBQ.
Rooftop
The townhouse has a rooftop 'solarium' with outside shower, sunbeds and with lovely views of the sea, swimming pools and the golf course.
Cleaning
Bedding and towels are provided, including beach towels. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
Accommodation
There is air conditioning throughout to provide both cool and hot air, although there is no air con in the basement. There is marble stairs and flooring throughout the accomodation.

Las Lomas de Cabopino
Las Lomas de Cabopino is a new secure complex consisting of 72 houses with 2 large swimming pools and landscaped gardens. Our house is in a lovely quiet location and directly overlooks Cabopino Golf Course. It also has sea views.
The complex is a 10 minute walk to Cabopino's excellent restaurants and beaches. It is a 25 minute drive from Malaga Airport (transfers can be
arranged) and only a 10 minute drive to Marbella and Fuengirola.
It is in an absolutely ideal location in the middle of the Costa del Sol and in a fantastic location for many golf courses.
The townhouse is also in a fantastic location for bars and restaurants, and is just 100 metres away from a newagents, sports bar, pizza restaurant/takeaway and more. Just 300 metres away is Bruno's restaurant, the finest Italian restaurant. A 10 minute walk gives you a fantastic sandy beach, with a great beach bar/restaurant, sea food, Chinese, Italian and English food restaurants all scattered around the port - and lots of bars in between.
Golf
The house is situated right next to Cabopino Golf Course, overlooking the 11th and the 12th Green. There is a golf driving range and full practice facilities just a 2 minute walk from the complex.
