Horseshoe Cottage is situated in the quiet village of Pebworth in historic
Stratford upon Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare. Here you will find
many traditional thatched properties around.
This is a good walking area, with fishing facilities within walking
distance. There is a Public House just 2 minutes walk away and a children's
play area 3 minutes walk away.
Just 5 minutes drive you will find a golf course, and also our nearest shop
at Honeybourne. There is a good railway station there too, allowing you easy
access to London, Hereford, Malvern and Worcester just to name a few.
Locally you will find Stratford upon Avon with the Shakesperian propeties
and the theatre, Warwick and Kenilworth Castles, Chipping Campden, Broadway,
and other Cotswold villages; all easy to get to. Stratford, Warwick,
Cheltenham and Worcester Racecourse are also easily accessible.
Hidcote/Kiftsgate Gardens is less than a 7 minute drive with stunning views
on a nice day. There is also boating, horse riding, gliding and many golf
courses nearby.
