It is situated on half an acre of land with some outbuildings, which includes a covered patio with all cooking facilities and a gas BBQ for eating al-fresco. There is also a grass area with tables, chairs, sunloungers and umbrellas

On the same half acre of land we also have available a Swift Challenger caravan for additional accommodation or stand alone accommodation. It is clean and comfortable with a fridge, cooker and mains electricity with 13amp sockets and lighting. It is situated close to the showers, washrooms and toilets.

We are friendly English owners who live on site and can help with advice on where to visit.

Nearby is our own private bar for guests only, not for the public, with prices at half of the local bars. It has TV, Playstation 2, a dartboard, hi-fi, and comfortable seating.

The nearest village is Colombiers du Plessis.

Local Area

We are close to the borders of Brittany, Normandy and the Western Loire, so there is a huge potential for places to visit. St Malo with its lovely safe beaches and historic walled city, is 65 miles away, as is Mont St Michel and Le Mans.

Laval and Mayenne are less than an hour’s drive, with excellent shopping. The nearest town is Gorron, which has cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and fuel.

The ‘Invasion’ beaches and Bayeaux can be visited in a day.
