The large private freshwater swimming pool, 35 sqm and 1.5m deep (no shallow end) is furnished with parasols, sun loungers and reclining chairs. The pool is cleaned daily.
The ground floor comprises of entrance hall, cloak room with W.C. and wash basin. There is also a spacious lounge with open fire place and French windows that open out onto sun deck and swimming pool.
The Kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, freezer, oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher and iron. There is also a dining area with table and chairs, as well as a door off to the pool and terrace area.
A stone spiral staircase leads to the first floor which comprises of:
Bedroom 1, with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables. French windows open onto a large balcony with superb sea and mountain views. It has an en-suite bathroom with W.C. hand basin and corner bath with shower over.
Bedroom 2, with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, French door opening onto a balcony with wonderful sea views. This room also has an en-suite shower room, toilet and washbasin.
A second spiral staircase leads to the second floor which comprises of:
Bedroom 3; an ideal family room. This spacious room accommodates four full size single beds with bedside tables, dressing table and wardrobes. It has a large en-suite shower room with W.C. and wash basin. French door lead onto the large roof terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views.
Other facilities in the villa include a real fire, central heating, air conditioning, DVD player, radio, CD system.
We provide house linen (weekly clean and linen change included in price) and a welcome pack that includes wine, milk, fruit, bread, cheese etc.
Children are welcome, but the villa is not suitable for wheelchairs, and not suitable for the elderly.
