Our cottage is five minutes walk/drive from Hay-on-Wye, Herefordshire, a town
famous for its bookshops. It is in a beautiful, secluded, rural location on the banks of the river
Wye, overlooking the Warren, and is approximately a 1 mile drive from main road,
with several acres of private garden and woods.
The cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin with shared
bathroom; all with river views. There is also a playroom with sofa bed, shower room,
utility room, kitchen with large dining table and sitting room with open fire. Both
the kitchen and sitting room have river views. Outside there is a dining table and
chairs overlooking river.
There is night storage heating and radiators.
Amenities within the cottage include a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher,
2 fridges - 1 with freezer, electric cooker and kitchen appliances, TV and Hi-Fi.
